Registration Instructions:

Registration is required for gaining access to the information and documents published in the online Data Room on the project website, part of the Working space. The information contained therein is sensitive which requires registration. The Concession Notice, Tender Documents, the Draft Concession Agreement and the Concession Justification are available without registration.

In order to register, users should follow the below steps:

  1. Users should fill in all mandatory fields in the registration form;
  2. Once all mandatory fields are filled and the form is submitted, Users will receive an email with instructions for activating their profile;

Notice regarding the procedure

The Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications, by Decision № РK-6 of 25 November 2020, approved a Notice amending Notice No 2020/S 045-107466, published in the Official Journal of the European Union on 4 March 2020.

The notice provides for the deadline for submission of applications and tenders to be extended until 25 February 2021, 12:30 Bulgarian time. Applications will be opened on 25 February 2021 at 14:30 Bulgarian time.

The notice of amendment was sent for publication in the Official Journal of the European Union on 25 November 2020.
