Registration Instructions:

Registration is required for gaining access to the information and documents published in the online Data Room on the project website, part of the Working space. The information contained therein is sensitive which requires registration. The Concession Notice, Tender Documents, the Draft Concession Agreement and the Concession Justification are available without registration.

In order to register, users should follow the below steps:

  1. Users should fill in all mandatory fields in the registration form;
  2. Once all mandatory fields are filled and the form is submitted, Users will receive an email with instructions for activating their profile;

Notice regarding the procedure

Today, 26 February 2021, Notice of Amendment № 2021/S 040-101195 was published in the Official Journal of the European Union and the deadline for the submission of Applications and Offers is extended to 24 March 2021. The amended Tender Documents have been published in the National Concessions Registry in the designated account of the procedure and also in the website of the concession procedure.
